I went thru and found a program that i wanted to do, applied to the school and everything else. I started school and had to drop out due to lack of funding through MYCAA. I tried going to the local education center and was to try MYCAA. After a numerous times calling the school I was finally able to get someone to call back and I was able to explain what happened.. Needless to say with them changing who was eligible and what not I was not able to complete school. I completely agree with you..
