I look for one that will keep my little guy dry all night long since he sleeps 12 hours if not longer a night and some nights even with a change in the middle of the night he still leaks. I also look for one that doesn’t get that jelly stuff on him if too full.

I look for a diaper that doesn't cost too much, as I am an FCC provider and unfortunately have to provide extra diapers when parents forget to bring some. But they also need to be absorbent.
