Did  you know that it’s really simple to find the housing office as well as a website where you can see floor plans or actual pictures of housing ?

Many spouses always ask for help finding housing so I thought I would explain to you in a sentence or two how to do that.

Simply put…Google :)

No actually visiting Google and typing in Your Duty Station and Housing will usually come up with the correct results.

My last simple tip is that military housing is now privatized so when you do searches you will usually see names like Balfour Beatty, Picerne and Pinnacle. Those are just to name a few. Of course I wanted to make it alittle easier for you so below I have listed housing websites for quite a few CONUS military installations. I have tried to list them in alphabetical order but let’s just say that got alittle bit tedious.

Aberdeen Proving Grounds Fort Belvior Fort Benning Fort Bliss Fort Bragg Fort Campbell Fort Carson Carlisle Barracks Fort Detrick Fort Dix Fort Drum Fort Dix Fort Eustis Fort Gillem Fort Gordon Fort Hood Hunter Liggett Fort Hamilton Hunter Army Airfield Fort Huachuca Fort Irwin Fort Jackson Fort Knox Fort Leavenworth Fort Lee Fort Leonardwood Fort Meade Fort Monmouth Fort Polk Fort Riley Fort Rucker Fort Sam Houston Fort Sill Fort Stewart Fort Story White Sands

I have received several emails asking me to touch on Overseas Housing etc. While I intend to research and post information on OCONUS moves, they are alittle more complicated and require more research. In the mean time to find out about housing at your new duty station overseas or stateside, please visit https://www.move.mil.

Krystel so right! Onestop.army.mil has great info. Sometimes I go on youtube.com and search for “(installation)Housing” and find some more insight there – for example your videos of HI housing :-)

Many overseas duty station housing offices also have their private rentals online, where you can look at photos and specs ahead of time.
