Smooth Fitness TreadMill Journeys: How I Went from Walking To Running In Two Months

This morning I got my 20+ minutes in on my Smooth Fitness Treadmill. One area that I have been proud of myself in is my ability to go from walking to running.

Let me be truthful in saying that it certainly did not start out that way. It took me about two months to go from walking to running in one workout. Yes, a lot of the reasons I can run or jog for 10+ minutes is because I have built up my strength but a lot of it can be attributed to some key features of the treadmill I use.

Because I am a bigger girl I was always concerned with how stable the machine would be with me running on it or even walking fast. The machine is heavy duty so it makes for a smoother walk or run.

Features:

The Smooth 6.75 folding treadmill is one of the best treadmill for walking, jogging or running at home. Redesigned with advanced engineering, the 6.75 frame creates a stronger, more stable platform to keep up with your most challenging workouts. With an extra wide 32″x30″ welded box-steel base frame, the 6.75 provides industry leading stability and support to accommodate users up to 350lbs. With the strongest motor in its class, the powerful, yet quiet 3.0 HP continuous duty motor provides greater pulling power at any speed.

That weight limit above is exactly what has helped me. As a plus size girl I worry about weight capacity on many things. The fact that I don’t have to think about it while exercising is the reason why I now can have better successful workouts.

Don’t forget that Smooth Fitness ships to APO and FPO and provides a military discount which you can call 855-740-8004.

Disclosure: I received this treadmill as part of the Smooth Fitness Smooth Bloggers program to share my honest opinions. All opinions and  observations are true and my own. You can read my disclosure policy here.

  1. Hiya! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do
you know howw to make your site mobile friendly? My
weblog looks weird when browsing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a theme or plugin that
might be able to resolve this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share.
    Thanks!
