This morning I got my 20+ minutes in on my Smooth Fitness Treadmill. One area that I have been proud of myself in is my ability to go from walking to running.
Let me be truthful in saying that it certainly did not start out that way. It took me about two months to go from walking to running in one workout. Yes, a lot of the reasons I can run or jog for 10+ minutes is because I have built up my strength but a lot of it can be attributed to some key features of the treadmill I use.
