It’s Official I Am A Medifast Blogger…It’s Time To Lose The Fat Like Seriously!

Disclosure: I receive free product in order to evaluate and comment on my experiences on the Medifast Program. Medifast products and the Medifast Program are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. Any medical improvements noted while on the program are related to weight loss in general, and not to Medifast products or programs.

If you look at the pic above you would say (I am assuming here) that yea she is a big girl but would you believe me if I told you I weighed over 265 pounds?

Well that is the case. Never in a million years did I imagine I would even admit my weight and this is coming from a very open person who pretty much reveals her whole life here on her blog.

It’s time for me to get serious because the truth is people are suffering heart attacks and getting diabetes younger and younger and I am not trying to be one of those people if I can avoid it.

There are a million and one diets and everyone has been inboxing me suggesting other diets, but there are 2 main reasons why I have am so excited and fortunate to have been chosen to share my experience while I use Medifast to reach my goal of 50+ pounds.

Check out my story in the video below:

Just wanted to add a little clarification… yes, it may seem nit picky to some, but I know that you are all about getting the correct information. Type 2 Diabetes is the type you are trying to decrease your chances of getting.

“You look good for your size”, don’t you hate that sh*t!!! Lol. I’m not far behind ya, you’re not alone!!! I have mastered learning which clothes work for me and I live in spanx. I am going to look into medifast. I did weight watchers, I liked it… I just have a hard time with committing.

I have a question about the medifast program. Crystal, do you know if Tricare would pick up the cost for medifast, assuming one could get a referral from the PCM? I know the docs usuall like to send the patients to a dietician class where ther hand you a book with food choices, tell you you can eat anything in moderation…and then send you on your way. If you or anyone else knows the answer or has some experience with tricare and off bass weight loss programs…I would be vey appreciative of any advice. Thank you and continue the good work losing weight!

      Hi Sharon,

I haven’t heard anyone say that they have been able to get Medifast on any type of insurance. Honestly you never know and it certainly couldn’t hurt to maybe call Tricare in your region and see if they do or ask you doctor. I really am he happiest I have ever been in a long time on this program and think it’s worth the inquiry :)
