My husband is such an amazing father, because no matter what our situation is, he always finds a way for our daughter to get what she wants, we can be strapped for money, and when we go grocery shopping, he’ll make sure to get our daughter a certain snack that she asks for. He joined the military so we have health insurance, and so our daughter can see different parts of the world, and so she can have a good education when she’s older. We also have been trying for another child, and he has gone you EVERY doctor appointment, so he knows what is going on.
My husband is the best daddy because he took on 2 very adhd kids that arnt even his! He loves them and raises them as his own. The sperm donor doesnt have anything much to do with them and my husband has really stepped up to be the best dad possible hes there for them thru everything! And they love him!
My husband is an amazing dad because he shows our little girl every day how much he loves her. From dressing up as a princess to letting her paint his nails pink, there isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for her.
My husband is a great man! He supports me and his two boys with everything he’s got and he’s just all around amazing.
My forever travelling buddy, my best friend and my in-house comedian. ;)
But most of all he’s our hero! =) Love my US Army Soldier!
My husband is a great father because his whole life revolves around our family. He spends nearly all of his free time with our kids and even while he is deployed, he is always making sure he talks to them at least once a day. My kids miss their daddy right now but they know how much he loves them and that he will always be there for them, even when he is half a world away!
My husband is truly the most amazing dad. We have been married for 2 years and I have 3 children from a previous marriage. He is 17 years younger than I am and has adopted our children as his own. He is always helping with homework, doing chores around the house with the kids, and has had a tremendous impact on the kids. The kids are very proud of his service and very happy to say they are military kids. He is the most amazing and always surprises me with how dedicated he is to his family.
My husband is an amazing father because although he works very tiresome and long hours at work, spending weeks in the field or away, he soaks up every second he can with our two year old son. They play with trains, outside, and make up silly songs about anything and everything! He is going to be doubly fantastic with our baby girl due in a few months!
My husband is a great Father to our 3 children. Even though he has hectic days, he still comes home and plays his heart out with them. He is always turning things into a learning experience and making it fun too! He brightens their days, and they his. He is never afraid to get dirty or act goofy. My husband is a terrific Dad!
My husband Brandon is a wonderful father to our two boys. He is there every step of the way for them. My husband even just recently adopted our son, who was from my 1st marriage. He couldn’t wait to have him his son in every way possible. He loves them unconditionally. No matter if he’s here or deployed he is a big part of our boys life and growing up.
My husband is a wonderful Daddy to our 3 kids. He is continually puts us first , just below God & just above the Army…lol. He never puts his needs or wants above our own.
My husband is a great dad to our 2 yr old and 3 yr old…he is so patient and loves them to death!
He is a great step-father to my son and a great father to our other 2. Although he is gone quite often he tries to stay very involved in what they do and when he is home he tries to spend as much time as possible with all of them…. from reading night time stories to playing games and catch. I couldn’t ask for a better father for my kids!
My hubby and I are expecting our first baby in occtober. I know my husband will be a fantastic dad. He is already so excited and talking to my belly. Last April my husband lost his dad to cancer while going through a deployment. He took it really hard and regretted not having a closer relationship with his dad. He is already talking about all the things he will be doing with our son. All the adventures he will take him on, all the memories they will make, and all the things he will teach him. My husband doesnt get excited about things but with the baby it’s all he can talk about. He already loves our son so very much.
My Husband is a good dad because he took the time to get to know me and my son. It was very common for most men to refer to kids that were biologically theirs as baggage. But not my husband! He got to know me and my son individually. He is now very active in OUR childs’ life and has remained the best dad that anyone could hope for!
My husband has been an amazing dad. My kids were young when we married and he immediately assumed the role of dad, even going so far as to give them vows during our wedding ceremony. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house. In all the years since, he has been their dad in every sense of the word. People often don’t know he’s not their bio-dad unless we tell them. I fall in love with him all over again when I think of his willingness to love and care for my children and consider them his own no matter what trials we’ve faced.
My husband is the best dad!! He has so much patience with my boys. He’s always up for a wrestling match or a bedtime story. He takes them fishing on his days off, builds every Lego set over & over again. I know that with him as their father they will grow into amazing men!!
My husband is soo patient with kids. He’s loving, kind, and gentle. He’ll make a GREAT DAD someday…
My husband is an amazing father, ever since my daughter was born he’s always been a huge help, and my support.
My husband is the absolute best father God could have Blessed us with. We got married young and were young parents at 21 as well. He has taken his role seriously since day one. He stepped up to the plate and became the man I thought only existed in my dreams. He’s always said he would be better than the father he had, and that couldn’t be more true. Even now, as we are expecting our second Blessing he is there for me every step of the way. From driving around town to satisfy my cravings, singing to my tummy at night, and coaching our 5 year olds tball team, all while serving our country; I couldn’t ask for a better man to help raise our children and grow old with. He always tells me we are his world, but he doesn’t realize how complete he makes mine.
My husband has been there for my kids without questioning anything. My husband is 25 years old and has taken on 4 children as his own. He tells everyone he’s their father. In reality, he is. It takes a man to be a father. My husband deserves this gift. Thank you Army Wife 101 and Sam’s Club for this great opportunity to recognize the fathers out there.
My husband is an amazing dad for many reasons. But most of all for joining the Army to not only defend our country, but also serving to take care of our children. He has been deployed to Afghanistan and was medically retired due to combat related injuries. Even though hes been through hell and will always battle with his injuries he still takes time to be a loving, and affectionate daddy. For this he is truly the best dad.
My husband is the most amazing father. He is more than a partner in raising our son but he is the greatest helpmate to me. He gets up at 4 everyday and comes home at 5 and he will take the time to do things with our son or ven to give me breaks because I’m ready to pop with our second child. He is truly a papa bear and a protector of his lil man cub. Even before we had children I knew. But my husband is a great father because of the wonderful example he had. And both my boys will be great men because my husband is amazing.
My husband has been an amazing father since I was pregnant…He always would talk to our son in my belly…now this year he will be missing our son’s 3rd birthday(June 25). I know it breaks his heart because they are best friends. Tristan(my son) always tells me when daddy comes home he is going to take him fishing LOL. They sleep identical, act identical, look identical…and he is so proud his daddy is a soldier and doesn’t hesitate to tell a total stranger at the grocery store, “MY DADDY SOLDIER!!” :) Those boys are my whole world <3
My DH is an amazing DAD! He loves our son, and they are so close, always have been! Even with several deployments he has done whatever he needs to to maintain their bond! :)
My husband is a good father even when he didn’t have to be. I had my son young and was a single mother. My son’s father wanted nothing to do with him and in no way was a father figure. When I met my husband he just filled that role without skipping a beat. He has always loved my son as if he was his own and mu son treats him just like he is the most amazing Guy ever. He is a wonderful dad becaue even when we were just dating he always loved me and my son together. He is deployed to Korea now and we have a 1 year old and he gets up early stays up late everything he can do to be her for our boys. He even woke up at 2am to watch our baby turn one and stayed on Skype through his whole party! He is the best dad and husband!
My husband and I have been waiting for several years to get pregnant as I struggle with infertility. We are finally pregnant after this long wait and I just know he will be a great father especially after all the struggles and wait we have had to go through to get here. He’s is the most honest, genuine and loyal man I have ever known and I know he will pass those qualities along to our baby:)
My husband and I currently don’t have any children, but I know that my husband will be a great father by the way he talks about having kids. He is excited about it, and always has a huge smile on his face about having a little one to call his own. I know he was raised by a wonderful mom, and I have no doubt in my mind that he will be a great dad someday!
My husband is not only an amazing father but he’s also my rock. One of my children was born with a serious health problem and no matter how hard things got, he was always there to make sure I was ok. We have 3 girls that love their Daddy so much. When he’s not serving his country, he is busy spending all the time in the world with his girls. He provides for us, and loves us unconditionally. No matter what life throws at us, my husband is always there making sure his children have the best life possible. He’s an amazing Daddy, Husband, and Soldier. I couldn’t be any prouder <3 He's our rock!
I am not going to sugarcoat anything. My husband is a true kid at heart. He isn’t afraid to be himself either. We have a 5 year old, 2 year old and baby due in October, and I couldn’t have picked a better man to be the daddy of our children. They love him so much, and he would do absolutely anything for them. <3
My husband will be a great father because he is a great husband. He is the most loving, care, accepting person I have ever met. He even helped coach a soccer team for kids with autism and loved every minute of it. I can’t wait to see him in action as a dad!
My husband is a great day because he does everything he possible can to insure our kids are taken care of. He is always playing with the kids wrestling goofing around just to make them laugh. He is such a big kid his self :). And when he is away from us he does all he can to stay in contact. My one year old believes that daddy lives in the phone. Skype is awesome and thanks to Skype and a loving caring father my one year old knows who her daddy is :).
My husband is such a wonderful father. He always spends time playing with and taking care of our kids. He never minds changing a diaper or giving the kids a bath. He’s always there to lend a hand even after a long day of work. I could not have asked for a better father for our kids. :)
My husband is an AMAZING father! He is always supportive and encouraging to our two girls. He may look tough on the outside, but he is not afraid of a tea-party with his little ladies!
My favorite thing about him is how much he teaches them. He is always finding teachable moments- it blows my mind.
He also has this ability to keep his cool- no matter what. Something I envy!!
My husband is the best father he could be to our 5 kids. Not only is he a soldier, but he also works 2 other jobs so i am able to stay home with the children and go to school full time. He gives us so much love and support that i can not begin to thank him. Last year my son had to have cranial surgery and he never left his side. He just amazes me that he gives up so much for me, his children, and this country. I truly have a wonderful husband!!
My husband is a wonderful father because, even though my daughter is not actually his, he takes all the responsibilities as she is, and loves her as his own, he makes sure he is right there for the daddy daughter dances, and loves her more then ever! He has shown her what a dad is, since her’s is not in her life! They are 2 peas in a pod!
My husband is an amazing father! We have a 4 year old son and a 6 month old daughter. Everyday after work, Steven prepares for battle. He walks through the door, kisses me, then picks up the extra lightsabor and prepares for the wrath of our son coming from across the living room, with his own lightsabor. They duel it out and make pillow forts while i start to get dinner ready. He then picks up our snuggle bunny daughter and cuddles with her until dinner is ready. Now that he is deployed (he deployed when our daughter was 3 months), he calls often and talks to both of them. He even got to hear our daughter say “dada” for the first time. His heart absolutely melted! He made a video of him reading a couple of books for them, so he could read them a bedtime story every night. He listens to our son tell him all the things that they are going to do when he gets home and how much fun it’s going to be. He never misses a beat to make either of them happy.
My husband is the BEST father and husband anyone could have! We have 4yr old twin boys and he does whatever he needs to do for us to make it. He lost his job 2 yrs ago and to support us he joined the army. Everyday he comes home from work and helps me with the boys, cleaning, and laundry! He just got back from deployment last month and winning something for him for fathers day would light up his day!! He’s put up with me and that’s a job alone!! He truly is amazing!
My husband is a great father because nO matter how busy he is or where he’s at he always manages to be there for his family. He’s very genuine and a hard worker! We love what he does and he does too. Hes always spending as much time with our lil one since he missed out on so much already from deployment and basic/ AIT. I love how he can always turn something boring into something fun for us. He is truly the greatest dad.
wow where do i start he has always been there thru the good times and bad with each one of our 3 girls ,twin grandsons and new addition a granddaughter!!! when he deploys you just know someone is missing ,he is the best dad to our kids that they could ever have,he is close to all of them ,even as i type this he is playing with our lil guys lol ….and his laughter is the best around just ask any of them.he gives hugs alot and tells them he loves them almost everyday not because he has to but because he means it…:)
My husband is an excellent father!!! A little background on him would be that he lost his father at the age of ten, and then his mother and sister at 15. I think it’s because of this that he strives to be the very best dad he can!! Despite numerous deployments, he always made sure that the kids knew he loved them!! 2.5 years ago he won sole custody of the kids and from the time he wakes up till he goes to sleep, life is about making us happy!!! My husband literally has come up from being a poor orphan to a proud soldier/ dad to his children
I would have to say that my husband is a great dad and dad to be again (after 7 yrs) because since day one he has supported our family financially and emotionally. He has always pushed me to finish college (w/out him I wouldn’t have my bachelors). He takes our child out without needing me, coming back with a tired out ice cream fed child “), tuck ins, and book readings… I love him all for it. joining the military late (@ 30!) he is still till this day wanting to give his all and everything he can for us. I couldn’t ask for a better man than one whose willing to want that and risking his life not only for his country but his family as well. And of course while he isn’t the only best dad in the world bc alot of us do (I even think my daddy till this day is one of them hehe) – I wanna wish all the dads a happy fathers day!
My husband is such an amazing dad because we were 17 when we had our son and he gave up everything, his dream of going to college and become a nurse to join the Army knowing it was the only way to support our family financially. When we had our daughter he had to miss the whole pregnancy and her birth because of being in training he came home 6 days after she was born for christmas and our son who was 9 months when he left and 14 when he came back yelled daddy and ran to him, seeing those tears run down his face because of our son still knowing who he was, it was the most amazing thing ive ever seen. Now that our family is together he works hard at everything he can to make sure we have everything we could ever need for our family at such a young age as 19, thats why i think hes an amazing daddy.
My husband isn’t a good Father…he is an OUTSTANDING Father! He sacrifices everything for himself in order to make sure his kids are happy. He loved to do feedings at 2am even though he had to be up at 430am for PT…he makes sure to spend quality time with his children everyday. He recently sold something important to him just so he could get to Texas to see his oldest son graduate high school. He loves his children so much and recently elected to have a vasectomy reversal so that we could try to have another one…he is the most selfless, humble man I know and I thank god everyday that HE brought this man into my life!
My husband is an amazing father not only because he has been a mommy and a daddy to our son while I am deployed to Afghanistan but also, he has made so many sacrifices for me and for my son facilitating my military job and he has placed his own job at risk so I may continue my career in the military. When I left for deployment back in Dec 2011, my 4.5 year old son was reading 1-20 and just a couple of months later, he was reading from 1-100 without skipping a number. I was amazed on how great of a job my husband is doing my son and it certainly shows.
My husband is an excellent father when I met home 16 years ago I was 17 and I shortly after got pregnant he took the role of a man and told me not to worry that he was a man and he would take care of us we struggled. But not once did he give up on me and our soon to be daughter 9 month after our daughter was born she passed away I thought this would end our relationship but it made our marriage stronger as my 1st daughter passed he kept strong on our daughters funeral we found out we were once again expecting and 2 years later had another child he has been the most loving caring supportive husband. Not because he is my husband do I say this with pride but he is the most amazing father I know he is funny Caring unique and most of all the backbone of our family. As he wakes up each day and takes the risks he takes to defend our country my fear is how will I ever explain to my kids if something’s god forbids took him from us. There are never enough words to express the grand man I married the man the lord gave me to be the father of our children.
my husband is a great father because he loves his kids and would do anything for them! he has no problem doing feedings, night nights, dirty diapers, etc!
He does everything he can to stay in touch with our son’s life even when he is not here. Even though he can’t physcialy be here with us he makes sure he calls every night before bed time so he can say good night.
When I met my husband he was a single parent of two toddlers while serving in the military. I had two children myself and after we were married we had a child together. He is always so patient with the kids and uses every situation (good or bad) as a teaching moment. Our kids are grown now — oldest serving in the military and youngest 15 and he still has patience and teaches them life lessons with all they do. He took on being a father to two children as if they were his own. While being in the military he also coached every one of them in soccer and t-ball. “Anyone can be a dad, but it takes a special man to be a father,” and that special man for our family is my husband.
My husband has truly been my best friend. When I flt as though depression would over take me he gave me hope. He graced my life in 1999 and has been ther3 for m ever since. He took our (my) oldest two from a previous marriage) and made sure they needed nothing. Through the deployments and there have been many we always kept a stong intense bond. From the 4 i the morning trips to buy me snickers to the painting of my toenails when I was too pregnant to see my feet, he is truly one of a kind. Through all of my issues he is my biggest supporter and I am thankful and blessed that he chose to come into not only my life but my two childrens lives so that we could all have a better and loving life. He is not only a great friend, he is also a great husband, father, and stepfather who supports his country proudly.
My hubby is the best daddy because his 3 girls just can’t get enough DADDY and he doesn’t mind all the the princess things he has to do with his princesses.
