I have lots of great holiday memories including the time my husband was deployed in Iraq, and the thought of spending Christmas without him seemed like a reality, but as miracles would have it, a month before Christmas things worked out and his unit came home.
There was one Christmas we spent apart due to deployment and one of my favorite things to do was watch holiday Christmas movies on Hallmark.

Carly’s journey is one of self-discovery, and it’s a tale that beautifully embodies the values of our military community – resilience, trust, and the power of coming together, especially during the holidays.
