Cece is is the proud mom of 3 beautiful girls and married to a soldier in the US Army. She started Bows by Cece six years ago when she arrived at her current duty station. The school her daughters attended was a uniform only school and Cece sought to infuse some personality and stylishness to it ,which she did by constructing her own handmade bows.

Cece’s business has since taken on a life of it’s own and has kept her quite busy through several of her husband’s deployments.

In a world where so many things are made in bulk quantities ,it is always awesome to purchase a handmade item by someone who actually enjoys what they are doing.  Cece says“BBC does not mass produce hair bows, everything is made by yours truely. Every bow is hand crafted to perfection. Every loop is fluffed and stiffened. Every edge is heat sealed to prevent fraying. I take great pride in the quality of my work.”

What Can I Purchase At Bows By Cece?

I myself recently visited the site and what I can say is don’t be fooled by the name. Bows By Cece is much more then just bows.

Bows By CeCe creates truly one of a kind hair bows, headbands, bow holders, felt clippies, you name it , she probably creates it. She also offers a wide variety of tutus, petty skirts ,rompers, leg warmers, custom embroidery and applique designs!

In addition she offers an entire section of boutique items and clothing such as pillowcase dresses, skirts and tote bags.
