While Army Wife 101 herself is known to be a very casual writer I’ve worked hard to establish a professional brand that is well known for being candidly honest and a trusted voice in the military spouse community. I’d love for submitted articles to reflect the same tone and still maintain professionalism at the same time.

    Aloha from Hawaii!

I will be submitting an article but can you tell me what would you do if you don’t accept an article?

    Thanks!

  3. Awesomeness! This is a very cool idea! I have been wanting to start a blog to share tips and info for future spouses, specifically in Europe! Thank you for extending such a great opportunity! :)

  4. Very nice setup! Great work on the page. I have a question, unrelated – sort of. I am recently retired Army and spend my time writing and finding ways to help my fellow Vets find jobs/homes/etc in the Houston area. One of the common threads for folks returning from deployment is communication. The same thing I heard from my wife: “He won’t talk to me about it, it’s like he is hiding a part of himself now. It hurts that I’ve been cut out.” So I wrote a book, avoiding all the violence and diving into the mind of a Veteran. it is my opinion that it can make a difference in the relationships that struggle after deployment, and comments received to date indicate I’m right. Problem is, I have no idea how to get it to the right audience. Selling copies is nice, more important to make a difference. How could I tap into a thriving military spouse blogosphere in order to get this book where it belongs – in the hands of those who love my Veterans? Tell me how, I’ll send you, or anyone struggling with the BS of coming home, a copy.
