I seriously love all my military spouses and I am huge supporter of their businesses. I recently was sent this awesome baby tee( plus size of course) from Adrienne Doffer an Army Wife who runs Bling It Up Tees.

Bling It Up Tees was founded in 2010 and was more more of a hobby turned business for Adrienne.  Adrienne a mother of two say she always tell people that it’s my “girly time” when she designs items. I love the rhinestones and making new shirts, hats and bags.  Adrienne says “I take great pride in my little business!

If you had asked me 5 years ago what my plan was, this would have been the farthest thing from my mind.  I am still scared I’m not going to do something right *smile* but I love doing this all the same”.

Since I am all about spreading Army Wife 101 to folks I chose to get my website placed on my shirt with my twitter name on the back. Adrienne did a great job of adding alittle “bling” in with that to make the words stand out. I chose a black shirt with pink writing and because I normally fluctuate between sizes 2x-3x in shirts I was sent a 4x which worked out great just in case when washing there is any shrinkage. The shirt was not a cheap-ish material neither. It definitely had some durability to it.

For those of you who own a business , wearing a shirt with your website is a great way to promote it!

I also enjoyed that I was able to wear a tee shirt with some style rather then your average run of the mill big shirt.

 

In addition to shirts Adrienne blings and designs other items such as hats and hoodies, customized baby onesies, leggings, children’s shirts headbands and beanies.  She also also creates shirts for fundraisers , which I think is great for FRG’s. Shirts are available in tanks, tee-shirts  and baby tees or pretty much whatever you desire. The pricing is contingent on the type of design and shirt requested and ranges anywhere from $11 and up. Smaller items such as customized headbands start at $4.

  3. I would do an Army Wife shirt, have “he had me at hooah” on the front, and on the back “Army Wife” and in smaller letters below that “our love is army strong” :)

  4. I would do something clever like “my superhero wears dog tags” and on the back put the picture thats the stick figure my man vs your man where one is a hunky soldier, and the other is just like a stick figure guy lol
