The reality of our lives as military spouses is that in many cases if we have children we spend the better portion of our time with them. Many times that means homework, cooking, cleaning , activities or whatever other errands your family has created for you. For me personally the internet has been my best friend for those moments when I just needed to know that I wasn’t the only mama having a crappy or overly busy day…Hence some of my random post :)
That being said Ivory is reaching out with their newly launched community called “The Soap Dish” for everyday busy moms like you and me. This is the place to share those moments that every mom (especially us military wives) have had. You know the moment when you just want to use the bathroom with out someone banging at the door harassing you , or when you really just want to take a nap and somehow it’s impossible to do . The Soap Dish will give you that chance to share in the honesty from all moms of what makes life complicated. In addition you can join in the humor of actress Melissa McCarthy (remember the movie “Bridesmaids”) who is a mom too and shares it all with a down to earth approach. You can join in the fun with other moms at the Ivory Facebook Page ( come on you know your on FB all day anyway hehe) or tweet it up with the twitter hashtag #IvorySoapDish.
If you read AW101 frequently you will know that hot bubble baths are my past time. I relish in them and I literally can feel the weight of my day lift off of me the minute I step in that water. The key to a successful hot bath is having some great soap . Speaking of great soap I got to try some of Ivory Body Washes which include lavender and aloe. Lavender equals relaxing to me and that’s why I loved it. My son has sensitive skin and eczema so we have always used Ivory for him anyway . It was nice to know there are other scents beyond just the “original”.

Just answered the poll question, hoping to stick to resolution. Of course, I am already a AW 101 fan and now a Ivory one too! I use to send tons of Ivory soap to my husband on deployment.
