One of the things I have been stressing with my whole eating better kick is what to do when I go out to eat. You see , eating out is a past time of mine and it’s annoying when you feel like you have to cut back or resort to only eating salad when you go out.
I had known for some time that Applebee’s offered a few options for those who were on Weight Watchers but they recently launched their new “550 Calorie entrees”.
They join the wildly popular Signature Sirloin & Garlic Herb Shrimp and Grilled Dijon Chicken & Portobellos, giving Applebee’s guests five great tasting, lower calorie selections.
I along with my soldier recently each had a chance to try one of the entrees. Watch below as we share our thoughts with you . The steak was sooooo marinated ….okay just watch the video :
