I have spent the last two Christmas and Thanksgiving’s alone due to deployments. Anyone whose been through a holiday without your loved one knows what a damper that can put on your holiday spirit. This year is different because my husband is back and Army Wife 101’s holiday spirit is in full effect. Though hubby is home, now that I live so far away from family, sending the perfect Christmas cards means everything to me.
You can then imagine how high my holiday spirit meter went when Shutterfly contacted me to take a look at their holiday cards collection. As a past customer whose used Shutterfly for Christmas photo cards before I have been more then satisfied with the quality and clearness of the cards. The perfect Christmas cards for me must be cheerful, colorful , bright, modern and crisp.
Below are are my three favorite Christmas cards from their holiday collection:
O Palm Tree Christmas
Naturally having the privilege of living in Hawaii made me gravitate towards this colorful photo card. Many families here tend to take their holiday pictures on the beach and the Aloha Palm tree framing matches just perfectly.
Peppermint Bliss Christmas Card
This card stands out to me because it is colorful yet modern due to the fact that it gives you space for 3 photos and it doesn’t depict your typical family photo scene in front of the fireplace. I am absolutely digging the colors for the traditional factor though.
Elegant Modern Christmas Collage Card
Lastly this one is my favorite because it depicts that modern traditional feel. The modern is the collage part which allows you to add up 4 photos, but the traditional makes it’s way in there by allowing the biggest part to still hold the traditional family holiday photo.
Shutterfly has so many choices it took me forever to narrow down, but believe me , I had many favorites.
