So it’s been a while since I share an update on how I am doing on my Smooth Fitness Smooth Blogger journey. Yesterday I was really proud of myself because I burned the most calories ever in the entire time I have been using my Smooth Fitness Treadmill.
It all happened when Tye another Smooth Blogger had been begging me to exercise at the same time with her via Skype. She said that it would make exercising go faster. I automatically knew this meant I would be walking and darn near running this treadmill for at 30+ minutes because I know that’s how much time Tye spends on hers.
I won’t lie I was dreading this workout because working out any longer then my normal ten minute intervals was pushing it for me.
To my own surprise I logged onto Skype so we could begin the work out . We chatted and walked and ran for quite sometime and before I knew it 43+ minutes had passed. I could believe it, I have never did that much time ever on the treadmill at one time.
Not only did I do over 43 minutes but look how many calories I burned.
So my lesson learned that if I exercise with someone even if it’s virtually , I don’t get bored as easily!
