Ahhh it’s been alittle over a month since I received my Smooth Fitness Treadmill. I am the first to admit that  staying on track has always been tough to me where exercise and eating right are involved. Nonetheless I am still pushing on managing to walk and run the treadmill 15 minutes a day 2 to 3 times a day. This to me is easier then trying to exercise for an extended period of time all at once.

I find that when I am exercising I need some serious distractions.

I love that that my treadmill has space for you to place a tablet up as you can see above.

One of the features I have found that has helped me is being able to plug my daughter’s Ipod Touch in to the input jack and listening to some of my favorite jams:

Check out the sound a little as I am running:

Don’t forget that Smooth Fitness is running a giving away this same treadmill, the Smooth 5.65 Treadmill!
The contest ends on  July 15th 2012.
Lastly for the military folks you will be happy to  know that Smooth Fitness offers a military discount and delivers overseas!
Disclosure: I received this Treadmill as part of the Smooth Fitness #SmoothBloggers. My opinions are genuine and my own and have not been influenced in anyway.
