Here is one of my cheap recipes for Tator Tot Casserole.  Recipe is in video and ingredients are listed below:

1 Package of ground beef

1 frozen package or box of mixed vegetables (veggies should at be partially cooked before you add them in )

½ block of Velveeta Cheese

1 Whole Onion chopped

Package of Tator Tots

Various seasonings, including salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder etc.

  1. And the great thing about this recipe is that you can ALWAYS keep the recipe ingredients on hand. Instead of putting the cheese in the mix, you can always sprinkle shredded cheese in a layer just under the tatertots….and use mushrooom soup with about 1/4 cup of sour cream to mix with your ground beef mix instead of cheese soup….but that’s what’s great about this recipe….very easy! Thanks for doing the video….always more fun that reading a boring old recipe!
