May is the month of the military. Many businesses are extending their gratitude and thanks to America’s heroes by giving away discounts, deals and freebies.
For those stationed in Southern California no matter what branch you are in I just received the following information: On
May 22, Chick-fil-A and Navy Federal Credit Union are partnering to sponsor Military Appreciation Night. All active duty military, veterans and their families are invited to enjoy a free meal at any of the 52 Chick-fil-A stores in Southern California.
Active duty and those who have honorable served can visit anyone of 52 locations in Southern California with their immediate family from 4-7pm to receive the meal.
The free Chick-fil-A meal offer is valid with a military ID or proof of service and is only available for dine-in customers. The offer includes a choice of the Original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich Meal, Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal or Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Kid’s Meal (four-count).

The grilled market salad sounds so good! I usually get chicken nuggets and fries with lemonade at chik fil a! So delicious! It’s amazing how so many businesses are celebrating the military this month! Lets all military know they aren’t doing all they do without some appreciation!
I LOVE the regular nuggets. & Polynesian sauce, it’s the bomb. I always get it. Love Chick-Fil-A!
My fave is the nuggets, with their Polynesian sauce. OK or maybe it’s the sweet tea. Or the lemon pie, which I didn’t see last time I was there. I can’t decide. I just like it all!

I must admit, I love food! I would love to try the Grilled Market Salad. It is a piece of art. It is a rainbow on a plate. The vibrant colors of the blueberries, apples, pecans, strawberries and the crumbled blue cheese grabs your attention as it contrast against the greens perfectly. This salad is a picture of beauty that SCREAMS…..EAT ME!
