Military folks love social media! All of us use them on occasion to give our pics a burst of color, clarity or remove that occasional blemish. On Snapchat we are using them to make puppy faces or to promote an event.

So, it’s no surprise that a military spouse and digital entrepreneur Moni Jefferson has recently launched a filter app geared towards the military life.

Jefferson is the creator of MilCam, an app “developed as a means to express the military lifestyle through social media that speaks to military spouses, military kids and military personnel”.

Users simply download the .99 cent app and are able to take pictures with a variety of filters, These filters  can be utilized on social media such as FB, IG and Snapchat. If you throw large military events you can even purchase customized military filters for them.

What Types of Filters?

Filters depict important moments in the military lifestyle such as deployments, homecomings, and PCS moves plus much more.

Download the MilCam app here and don’t forget to stay in the loop about upcoming filter releases by following MilitaryApps on Facebook.
