I received word yesterday that “The Cove” resort in Asheville NC is offering a free marriage retreat for military couples. Marriage retreats I think are great tools especially for us military couples because we are frequently separated and for many , it can take a toll. They are a great way to bring a relationship back to life or just to get to know each other again.
The grounds and the rooms do look quite beautiful just based on the pictures which can be viewed HERE.
I should inform you that religion and spirituality might play a part in this retreat and while I personally am all for it , everyone has different beliefs.
The retreat takes place February 10th-February 12th of 2012 and food , lodging and the program fee are all included. The couple is only responsible for getting there and childcare if you have children.
I know for a fact that Asheville is a beautiful place and what a great opportunity to visit there.
