This weekend we will celebrate Veteran’s Day in honor of America’s brave heroes. Fayetteville, North Carolina wasn’t voted All American City for no reason. As home of the 82nd Airborne and the biggest military installation in the country, it’s only natural that now through November 12th residents will have over 25+ Veteran’s Day events to choose from.

20 of these are events are part of the annual Heroes Homecoming initiative. This year is Heroes Homecoming VI. In the past, the initiative always focused on a war era, such as WWII, Vietnam and Korea, but this year, they’re celebrating veterans of all branches and war eras. Additionally, they will be celebrating the military families as well. For more details visit  http://www.heroeshomecoming.com
