Hubby working on the flightline in Iraq and oh boy isn't that sun beaming down on his head!

As you may have noticed I’ve been talking alot about businesses that are supporting and showing love to our heroes through various donations and programs. I’m not picky but I’m definitely more apt to buy products from companies that are doing great things for people.

Recently I found out that AXE has a cool new product called ” AXE Buzzed Look Cream + SPF 15″ as part of a new partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project. As part of the project AXE is donating $50,000 to the WWP which helps our wounded heroes get the help they need and to feel better mentally and physically.

While my husband doesn’t have a buzz cut (more like a bald cut) he is out in the sun everyday working on a flight line . The sun literally beams on his head which is why he is trying out this new product to protect his head from those horrible rays. I know many of my readers have deployed spouses and we are always looking for useful knick knacks to place in their care packages, and I believe this would be a great one. I think this is even more useful for those who spouses who work outdoors for extended periods of time.

My husband has only been using it for 2 days so I don’t quite have a review on it yet but it does smell super good and seems light weight and non greasy. The packaging is small and light weight too , which is a plus when trying to conserve on space in your boxes. You can purchase it at most food and drug retailers for $6.99 .

If you want to support the Axe and Wounded Warrior Project Cause feel free to “LIKE” them on Facebook.

Disclosure: Axe sent my husband some product to try out, all text and opinions are my own.
