Much needs to be done before the start of a deployment. One thing we sometimes fail to do is emotionally prep join me and “The Army Dad” as we share how we emotionally prepped for our last deployment. We also share tips on how to support your soldier before and during the deployment in this interview.

  1. I always wondered why my hubbs was a total jerk right before deploying LOL. We’ve had are biggest fights leading up to d-day. Thanks, you guys rock!
