In celebration of it’s 50th Birthday Pampers has launched the Miracle Mission campaign to encourage the public to pay it forward and deliver acts of kindness to others in need, especially those with little miracles. As a part of the military community we are all aware that there is an influx of little miracles born daily on military bases nationwide and many of our military families especially those with spouses away can always use a random act of kindness.

Pampers recently challenged me to support or celebrate a new little miracle in my community. My challenge was to find it’s best use. After hearing about a soldier in my spouse’s unit whose pay had been messed up and it causing some serious hardship for their family I decided to purchase diapers for their baby. While it may not have been much , diapers can be costly and the thought of having to buy them when you have so much on your plate is a hard one.

The Pampers for Every Miracle video would not show up but be sure to take a look at the beautiful babies featured in it by visiting here: http://youtu.be/OxbRdxbBROI

Pampers is inviting everyone to join their Miracle Missions Program. Everyone can easily participate in a small way by logging on to Pampers Facebook page (Facebook.com/Pampers) by hitting ‘like’ and then going to the Miracle Missions tab and committing to Mission 1 by clicking “I Want To Pledge.”  Once more than 2,500 people pledge, Pampers will respond by giving baby showers to expectant mothers nationwide.   As a side note, anyone who pledges is automatically entered to win a year’s supply worth of Pampers diapers and wipes (and that can definitely help someone in a big way!)

I’d love to extend this challenge to you! Pampers is allowing me to give (1) $50 American Express Giftcard to a lucky reader to perform a random act of kindness if you choose to do so.

  1. I liked the pampers page!

I would pay it foward, by using the the gift card to buy diapers to make diaper cakes for the womans shelter in Fayetteville, They come by on Sundays and pick up things from the curb, for this shelter, Most of these woman have been abused in some way, what a way to brighten and bless there day with a beautiful diaper cake, to show that yes someone does care about you and your little one, and the good thing is they will be able to use the diapers as well!

  2. I would donate to mothers with babies/toddlers/pre-k’s or pregnant mothers who are seeking shelter at the shelter for abused and battered women
