As you can see from pictures I love to eat but I hate to eat in the mornings. Unfortunately the mornings are the busiest time of the day for me and when I don’t eat I feel sick so I am always looking for something not so heavy to eat while I am on the go.
I also have a busy 14 year old daughter who refuses to eat breakfast and runs out the house before I can make her. I usually try to encourage her to take something she can put in her back pack or eat on the way to school and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
Luckily because of what I do we always get to try new things and my daughter and I have found a new favorite quick go to morning food with the new “Quaker Oats Big Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars”. They are really good , chewy and have the almighty chocolate drizzled throughout the top.
Not only is it good for breakfast but I gave my husband 2 of them to take on the road since he is constantly traveling and surprisingly the big manly man actually liked them. When he needed to give himself a little boost from staring at a road for hours,
While I am no health fanatic I know that high fructose corn syrup is not a good thing and these granola bars do not have that in them at all . In addition they have whole grain in them , so all in all not a bad snack to keep on me or give to the kids.
I never know what my days will have in store for me and my family, so keeping Quaker® Big Chewy Granola Bars on hand help make sure we have the fuel necessary to get the day. Now the Quaker® Big Chewy Granola Bars have chocolate drizzled on top and are 60% bigger – perfect for my hungry family!

Like you, I do not like eating breakfast because I am busy with the kids. My Vi Shake is my breakfast meal everyday. I may have to look into these bars for the kids and hubby as well while I am out making my payday commissary run. Thanks for sharing.
