So you may have noticed I have been talking more and more about how I am liking working out on my Smooth Fitness Treadmill.

The reason is because I am actually seeing progress. I am extremely impatient so when I don’t see progress quickly I get flustered and frustrated. Of course the adult side of me knows that I need to get it together but the woman in me needs and wants to see a difference.

I started upping my incline right before Blogher sometime back to see how much of a difference it would make. I notice inches here and there but what I really noticed as I was trying on shoes one day was that my calf area has started to develop a little definition . Contrary to popular belief I am one of the woman who doesn’t mind having some extra hip, but I don’t want to have cankles and big calves too.

Check them out:

Tye my treadmill partner who I have been virtually working out with has convinced me to go even higher on my inclines. Yesterday I did a 13 which is one of the highest and O-M-G…Pain!!!! But I have to say those inclines as I mentioned before are great because I have found I burn more calories and of course I am gaining some sexy legs out of it!
