I am a fan of giving back throughout the year. However, I feel there is something extra special about giving back at this time of year. So many people and different types of charities are in need and taking the time to do for them is a big win in my book. One of my favorite organization/charities is the USO. They are known for providing morale boosting recreation at military bases and Airports worldwide for our troops. I have had the pleasure of utilizing them while moving across the country and so has my husband on long flights back from Iraq.
Speaking of charities I am supporter of a few and was honored to have the opportunity to write this post about how Publishers Clearing House whom is known for making people’s dreams come true , is also helping to make more dreams come true for three charities this year with the “Give Back Event”. This years charities happen to include the USO, St. Jude and the ASPCA.
Through your votes all charities will receive a sizeable amount of cash from Publishers Clearing House , but the charity with the most votes wins the biggest donation of $50k. Each charity in my opinion is so important because they are for amazing and in some cases life saving causes. I voted for The USO because of my personal experience with them and knowing how much they have helped my family.
