Well that is the case. Never in a million years did I imagine I would even admit my weight and this is coming from a very open person who pretty much reveals her whole life here on her blog.

It’s time for me to get serious because the truth is people are suffering heart attacks and getting diabetes younger and younger and I am not trying to be one of those people if I can avoid it.

There are a million and one diets and everyone has been inboxing me suggesting other diets, but there are 2 main reasons why I have am so excited and fortunate to have been chosen to share my experience while I use Medifast to reach my goal of 50+ pounds.

Just wanted to add a little clarification… yes, it may seem nit picky to some, but I know that you are all about getting the correct information. Type 2 Diabetes is the type you are trying to decrease your chances of getting.

  4. “You look good for your size”, don’t you hate that sh*t!!! Lol. I’m not far behind ya, you’re not alone!!! I have mastered learning which clothes work for me and I live in spanx. I am going to look into medifast. I did weight watchers, I liked it… I just have a hard time with committing.

  5. Hi Sharon,

I haven’t heard anyone say that they have been able to get Medifast on any type of insurance. Honestly you never know and it certainly couldn’t hurt to maybe call Tricare in your region and see if they do or ask you doctor. I really am he happiest I have ever been in a long time on this program and think it’s worth the inquiry :)
