Ehhh yesterday was a blah day for me and my Medifast journey. Don’t get me wrong it’s definitely working but I was having a moment.
I am 24.8 pounds down. I was down a full 25 the other day but for some reason I gained some ounces back. In any event I can really tell in my face and waist area that I am loosing. Right now it seems like I have lost alot of inches, which I hear is pretty normal. As long as I am loosing inches then I am happy.
