One of the reasons I mentioned was that I am addicted to bread. I eat it out of the pack and while I haven’t really been hungry on the Medifast plan, I have craved bread. I just like to chew on it and love it with everything.
While searching Youtube I kept seeing people on Medifast turning pancakes into muffins. It’s nothing new and I am not taking any credit as if I created it but I just wanted to share how mine came out.
I simply used one pack of the Medifast chocolate chip pancake mix, water ,alittle butter spray and a mug. I meant to add a pinch of baking powder but I was being so greedy and getting so excited to eat, that I forgot to add it in!
The Verdict: This certainly was not my Hawaiian Sweet Rolls or Potato Bread but it definitely satisfied that craving I had for something with a chewy almost bread like texture in my mouth.
