While not military related families in general will be happy to know that Walmart is attempting to alleviate some of the financial pressure in your pockets by offering layaway for the holiday season.
Walmart offers some great rollback prices so this is the time get that flat screen or that cool game system for the kiddos without breaking your pockets and making payments as needed without using credit.
The Details
Will be available at Walmarts nationwide
Consumers can place toys and electronics on layaway with a 10% down payment of the total price of the purchase.
Total purchases must be $50 or over and each item purchased must be $15 or over.
Layaways can only be done in store.
When Does the Layaway Program Begin?
Begins: October 17, 2011
Ends: Final payment and pickup must be complete by December 16, 2011.
