I jumped at the opportunity to share this with you guys because you probably know that I am a foodie and I have a special addiction to cupcakes.

I digress!
A casting associate for one of my favorite shows “Cupcake Wars” emailed me to let me know that they are seeking “Military Spouses” or people with a military connection who have a passion for baking. This can include military moms/dads/husbands etc. to appear on Season 7 of Cupcake Wars.
With all the cupcakes businesses in full effect on military bases nationwide I know there has to be quite a few military spouses whose dream is to appear on this show.

Their casting associate contacted me and asked if I would submit a video to be on the show. But… after beginning to work out the details, they rescinded their offer because they realized I was stationed in Germany and they didn’t want to pay for the flight over. Too expensive and not in their budget, the casting agent tried to explain.
Personally… I was a bit disappointed and ANGRY! She contacted me. She wanted me. But then because I’m stationed in Germany (on orders!!!!) I’m no longer eligible.
Doesn’t seem quite right to me.
