Meet Lauren Taylor of PCS Pay-It-Forward
Lauren Taylor is a milspouse and a realtor, who had a genius idea.
The Navy wife and mother of two was inspired to get into real estate while stationed in San Diego, CA. Recognizing that the market in that area was particularly expensive, she was inspired to starting helping out one family a year.
She shares, “That decision exploded well beyond my wildest dreams. I became addicted to helping military families transition to San Diego, especially being a native, and I saw a lot of the obstacles. There’s a lot of fraudulent rental scams out there, it’s very difficult to find housing ahead of time. More than anything, I saw that there were a lot of agents out there who were 100% happy to help you buy a home, but if you were doing anything beyond that, they didn’t have any idea of how to help you.”
As Lauren’s efforts grew, so did her reach. She developed a network of military agents committed to supporting our military community by creating PCS Pay-it-Forward®.
Since January 1, 2018, they’ve grown to over 16,000+ military members and over 70 bases supported across the country. They also have a veteran Pay-It-Forward community with over 16,000 members. Each participating military base has a designated ambassador to support in your family’s relocation!

A FREE Service to Help Military Families
